Patria Lounge provides an online platform for ordering from our full restaurant menu, including premium meals, beverages, specialty coffee, and desserts, for delivery, pickup, or dine-in pre-ordering in Alexandria, Egypt. Our service aims to provide a high-end, comprehensive culinary experience.

يوفر Patria Lounge منصة إلكترونية لطلب المأكولات والمشروبات من قائمة طعامنا المتكاملة، والتي تشمل الوجبات الفاخرة، القهوة المختصة، والحلويات، سواء للتوصيل، الاستلام، أو الطلب المسبق لداخل الصالة (Dining) داخل مدينة الإسكندرية، مصر. تهدف خدمتنا إلى تقديم تجربة طهي راقية ومتكاملة.

To place an order, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

قد يتطلب تقديم الطلب إنشاء حساب خاص. تقع على عاتقك مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك، وأنت المسؤول عن كافة الأنشطة التي تتم من خلاله.

• Accuracy: By placing an order, you agree that all details provided are accurate and complete.
• Availability: All menu items are subject to availability. As our dishes and ingredients are prepared fresh, certain items may sell out. We reserve the right to offer substitutes or cancel orders if items are unavailable.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• الدقة: عند تقديم الطلب، فإنك تقر بأن جميع البيانات المقدمة صحيحة وكاملة.
• التوافر: جميع الأصناف تخضع لمدى توفرها. ونظراً لأن أطباقنا ومكوناتنا تُحضّر طازجة، فقد تنفد بعض الأصناف. نحتفظ بالحق في عرض بدائل أو إلغاء الطلب في حال عدم توفر الأصناف.
• الأسعار: جميع الأسعار مدرجة بالجنيه المصري (EGP) وتشمل الضرائب المطبقة، ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

• Delivery Area: We operate within specific zones in Alexandria. If an address is outside our coverage, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
• Timing: Delivery times are estimates. Factors such as traffic in Alexandria or high order volume at the lounge may affect timing.
• Responsibility: The customer must be available to receive the order at the specified time and location.

• مناطق التوصيل: نعمل ضمن مناطق محددة في الإسكندرية. إذا كان العنوان خارج نطاق تغطيتنا، نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلب.
• التوقيت: مواعيد التوصيل هي مواعيد تقديرية. قد تؤثر عوامل مثل حركة المرور في الإسكندرية أو ضغط الطلبات المرتفع في اللاونج على وقت الوصول.
• المسؤولية: يجب أن يتواجد العميل لاستلام الطلب في الوقت والمكان المحددين.

Our dishes and drinks may contain nuts, gluten, dairy, and other allergens. While we take maximum precautions in our kitchen, Patria Lounge cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please specify any allergies or dietary restrictions in the order notes or contact our team directly.

قد تحتوي أطباقنا ومشروباتنا على المكسرات، الجلوتين، الألبان، ومسببات الحساسية الأخرى. ورغم اتخاذنا لكافة الاحتياطات داخل مطبخنا، لا يمكن لـ Patria Lounge ضمان بيئة خالية تماماً من مسببات الحساسية. يرجى تحديد أي نوع من الحساسية أو القيود الغذائية في ملاحظات الطلب أو التواصل معنا مباشرة.

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our food and gourmet dishes, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. Refunds are only issued in cases of incorrect items or quality issues verified by our management.

نظراً للطبيعة القابلة للتلف ولأن أطباقنا تُحضّر خصيصاً بناءً على الطلب، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلبات بمجرد بدء التحضير. يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة فقط في حالات استلام أصناف خاطئة أو وجود مشكلات في الجودة يتم التحقق منها من قبل إدارة اللاونج.
